Placing an order on MARGEM’s; website is fast and easy.
To place an order, the customer must undertake to provide true data that allows the successful processing of your order.
All customers benefit from Margem Satisfaction Guarantee, so if you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt of the order at your home, and you will be immediately reimbursed for the amount you have spent.
After confirmation of payment by the method you selected, your order will be delivered directly to the address you have provided, benefiting at all times from the available special conditions offered, exclusively on this website, to our customers, whether private or professional.
Registration on MARGEM website is mandatory, in order to make purchases and have access to all information relating to the customer account.
The user agrees to comply with all points related to this Legal Information as well as in terms of Security and Privacy.
Purchase Information
Prices – The prices of our products are always indicated with VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
Campaigns – Promotional campaigns may be announced whenever the company finds it appropriate.
Shipping costs – The delivery of our orders is guaranteed by a company, with the level of Express service, the expenses are calculated according to the country for which they are intended, and informed and calculated in the purchase process.
Portugal mainland: 3,99€ and free from 39€; Portugal Islands: 25,00€ and free from 89€.
Spain ainland: 5,99€ and free from dos 69€.
Europe: 16,10€ and free from 120€.
Only orders up to 30kg are allowed. Orders of higher weight will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the country of destination.
Returns & Cancellations – Under Margem Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return the product in case it does not fully meet your expectations, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in your home, and you will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days of the amount spent, using for this purpose the same means of payment made/made by the customer.
The product must be in perfect condition and be returned, without signs of use, in the original packaging.
In case the returned products are due to delivery error, damaged or defective products, Margem is responsible for the return expenses. If the return is based on the exercise of the right to terminate the contract (within 14 days), the customer who has benefited from free shipping for having purchased products in an amount above €39 in Mainland Portugal or above €89 in Portugal Islands, is responsible for the payment of the respective postage when you partially return the order and the value of the non-returned products is less than €39 in mainland Portugal and €89 in Portugal Islands.
