Place an order
To place an order on MARGEM website, simply click on the product you would like to know more about so you can see more detailed information.
After that, if you decide to buy it, just add it to your shopping cart. You can buy as many products as you want within the same order. After you have finished your products selection, go to your shopping cart so you can complete your order. At this stage you can review your order, see your products selection, add more products or replace them. If you have any discount code, this is where you must use it, before complete your order.
If you have not logged in yet, you must do so, or register, if it is the first time you are shopping online on MARGEM´s website. Your registration will allow us to use your data to process your order. Please always check the total amount of your order, including the delivery costs, before completing your order.
Finish / Checkout
To be able to complete your order, you must proceed by clicking Finish / Checkout, so you can move to the page with the payment details, where you can select the payment option that better suits you.
Your order confirmation
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. You will also receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched so you know is soon going to be delivered. Please check your letterbox in case you are not at home at the time of the delivery, we will leave you a note with what to do next to receive your order.
Delivery address
The delivery address doesn’t have to be yours. You can choose to receive your order at a different address that is more convenient to you.
You can change the delivery address at the checkout stage, where you will validate and confirm it. If it differs from the billing address you can change it to a more convenient one.
