MARGEM \u2013 Manufacturer of Cleaning Products, Lda<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>believes that privacy is a fundamental human right, therefore we are committed to protect people\u00b4s fundamental rights and freedom in relation to the processing of their personal data, thus in order to ensure the protection of such rights as well as strict compliance with all EU laws and the Member States, all the collected personal data is limited to the strictly necessary for the purpose to which they are intended without losing sight of the rights of the holders of such data.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Personal data collecting <\/b>\u00a0\u2013 The processing of personal data by MARGEM<\/b>, <\/span>only takes place if the data holders give their consent in a freely, specifically, informed, explicit way and is performed in an unequivocally act. Such consent will be requested when registering online.<\/p>\n

Personal data supply is optional. Under the law, you are guaranteed the right to access your data and its rectification, alteration or deletion, simply by communicating it via e-mail<\/em> to geral@margem.pt<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 New Retail Customer – Registration data, customer profile, billing data and contacts.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Registration and Purchases of Retail Customers – Data from the registration, customer profile, purchase and billing data required for processing the orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data retention and deletion<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

MARGEM<\/b> will not retain personal data which would enable persons to be identified for longer than necessary in relation to the purpose for which the data was originally collected.<\/span><\/p>\n

Billing and purchases data: 10 years due to legal obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marketing: Automatically deleted when the data has reached\u00a0 a maximum of 36 months of inactivity\u00a0 – no purchases are made.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Consent<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

How it is obtained<\/b>? The consent for promotional marketing purposes of\u00a0 MARGEM<\/b> pis obtained explicitly and clearly, at the time of registration of a new client, or subscription to the online newsletter<\/i>, since the implementation of the RGPD Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

How can it be canceled?<\/b> Cancelling consent can be done simply by using the “unsubscribe” link, presented in all promotional communications electronically, or by sending an \u00a0e-mail<\/i> with the cancelling request to\u00a0geral@margem.pt<\/span><\/p>\n

Data processing. <\/b>How personal data is processed? The Personal data is provided voluntarily by the data owner when buying products or completing the online forms on the website and it is for\u00a0 MARGEM’s<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>exclusive information and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior authorization of its holder.<\/p>\n
